Born in California, Diana Hill graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accountancy.  Diana has remained in California with her family and helped develop businesses for the past 18 years.

 Her preferred approach to real estate is to buy and hold with large positive cash flows and immediate equity.  Her most profitable approach to purchasing real estate is through probate. She also has experience with fixing and reselling properties for consistent profits.  She started investing in real estate while in college.

Former President and owner of J.G. Banks, Inc. her contributions to the workshop included mentoring students, author of the “FAQ” column in the Probate Insider, editor of the Probate Insider, and speaker at both workshops and seminars. Now the President of RDH, LLC dba, REal Products, she takes her 18 years of experience serving students and expands the products and services to accommodate them.

She uses her professional experience and tax accounting background to develop insightful investment applications for the probate workshop. Some of these new innovations to the workshop include:

Diana has been used as a source for several articles in the Orange County Register and has been quoted in Fortune Magazine.  She has been asked to speak at the secondary level and universities. She is a memeber of many professional orginizations and the BBB.  She has acted as chairperson on many committees in her community and been presented an Honorary Service Award.  At her core, her goal is to help others achieve Great Fortune with character and integrity.
